CPG Privacy Policy

We collect information about you for a number of reasons. The information we collect and the way we use it differs depending on our relationship with you and the way or the reason you are interacting with us. We only collect the information we need either to provide you with services that you have requested or for our own legitimate business needs, for example, to keep our website running smoothly. Any person included in subparagraphs (a) and (b) will be contractually bound to use the personal information that is shared with them only to perform the services they have been hired to provide.

We understand that privacy is important to you. We use reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, and loss, and from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure by:

Our providers use industry best practices to keep your information safe from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, misuse and loss through both physical security at datacentres and infrastructure security such as firewalls and encryption.

How long we keep your information

We will keep your personal information for as long as necessary under the law or for the purposes for which we gathered the information. Once your personal information is no longer required, it will be destroyed.

If you believe the CPG has breached the Privacy Act, please contact our Privacy Officer at the address below. We may ask you to put your complaint in writing. We aim to resolve complaints in a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. We may contact you to request further information in order to provide you with a complete response.
